All sales are final.
Items ineligible for a refund include (but are not limited to) the following:

- Single Day Admission Tickets
- Annual Passports
- Birthday Party Packages
- Field Trips
- Wristbands
PLEASE NOTE: Admission Tickets never expire and will be honored unless part of a promotion or otherwise specified. Because of this, we have a strict no refund policy on all products. .
Exchange, Store Credit, or Policy
There are certain situations where your purchase may be eligible for exchange, converted to store credit, or rescheduled for a later date. The determination of the proper course of action is at the discretion of the company.
Memberships are paid in full at the time of purchase. If you choose to cancel your membership early, no refund will be issued.
